Main features currently available include Discord bot commands, server dashboard management, moderation and automation tools, music/player features, supporter pages, credits, updates, and todo tracking.

Eligibility and Discord Rules

You must use NekoBOT in compliance with Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, and applicable law.

If you use dashboard account linking (Discord, Patreon, Twitch), you are responsible for the account actions performed under your session.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or attack the service, including but not limited to spam, unauthorized automation, scraping beyond allowed access, API abuse, or attempts to bypass permissions.

You may not use NekoBOT to harass users, distribute malicious content, violate third-party rights, or perform unlawful activity.

We may limit, suspend, or remove access to protect service stability, user safety, and legal compliance.

Accounts, Access, and Integrations

Some dashboard routes require Discord sign-in. Some features may depend on optional Patreon or Twitch linking.

Admin routes are restricted to configured admin users. Unauthorized attempts to access protected routes are prohibited.

Third-party platforms (Discord, Patreon, Twitch, and other linked services) are governed by their own terms and availability.

Data and Privacy

NekoBOT stores only basic, non-sensitive data required to run features (for example Discord IDs, guild IDs, Twitch user identifiers, supporter/profile state, and settings data).

We do not store email passwords, account passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, or authentication tokens in user profile records.

Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your user profile data and Discord server-related data handled by NekoBOT.

Deletion requests are processed in good faith, subject to legal, security, and abuse-prevention requirements.

Service Availability and Changes

Service may be updated, limited, interrupted, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, infrastructure changes, or operational reasons.

Features, endpoints, and integrations may change as the project evolves.

Intellectual Property

NekoBOT, dashboard content, branding, and related assets are owned by NekoSuneVRApps and NekoSune Community unless otherwise credited.

You may not copy, rehost, sell, or redistribute protected service materials without permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime, compatibility, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, owners and contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use, misuse, outages, or third-party platform failures.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms over time. Continued use of NekoBOT after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
